Ulster Carpets fits neatly into that category! We started working with the manufacturer, based in County Armagh, Northern Ireland around twelve months ago. We generally work with UK & Irish suppliers; and because Ulster has its own office in France (as well as in other countries), this makes doing business straightforward.

Most importantly though, Ulster makes carpet crafted with top-end materials, so you can be confident that they will always look and feel great. The company has been making Axminster and Wilton carpets since 1938, and today their range is impressively extensive. Most of the carpets contain a yarn blend of 80% wool and 20% nylon; however they also do offer 100% wool carpet options. There is a good choice of colours and styles too, from neutral tones to more eye-catching patterns.

Ulster’s custom-made stair runners are similarly of excellent quality, they are custom made in a set width with finished edges, either 69 or 91 cms wide. Recently we fitted a bordered stair runner with matching colours from Ulster’s Sheriden range in Pindot Royal Blue on a landing, for a customer in Gers, South West France. The finished result looks fantastic – don’t you agree?
