Our Christmas message to you

Well, 2020 has been quite a year, hasn’t it?

I am sure that none of us will forget these last 12 months.  It has been a shocking year for families who have lost loved ones, or experienced ill-health; many of you have not seen your children or grandchildren as well as friends for a long time; and of course it has been an incredibly challenging year for businesses too.

I would like however to use this post to say a number of positive things though.

Firstly, a heart-felt “thank you” to all of our loyal customers. For your custom, your patience and your confidence in us. Without you, our business would not prosper.

I appreciate that some of you are patiently waiting for carpet fittings. Because of the restrictions, we have had to rearrange several client visits and are working hard to fit in as many before Christmas as possible.

One of our experienced fitters was also seriously injured this month. Fortunately, he is getting better but is out of action for a while. Get well soon, Mike!

2020 has been a good one for another reason. You may have read earlier this year that my son, Joel has now joined the team full-time after leaving school. We are away on a job at the moment, and it is great to see father and son together 😊.

All of us are keeping healthy at the moment fortunately, with none of our immediate family affected health wise.  This year saw the birth of our first grandson – the best news any grandparent will receive!

May I therefore finish by wishing you all a happy, healthy and peaceful Christmas. Let’s all make a toast to 2021 and for a better year.
